The Cincinnati Reds selected Trinity University’s right-handed pitcher Ben Klimesh in the 15th round with the 472nd pick. Klimesh attended New Trier High School.
Jack Landwehr (Prospect HS Class of 2012) P/3B ESPN 2011 Underclass
Pitching and Hitting student of Coach Paul Kosinski since he was 12 and played for Coach Kosinski on both his 2009 and 2010 NT Thunder teams. Only IL player named to the ESPN underclass ALL-AMERICA 1st Team.
Recently committed to Illinois State University where he figures in to make an impact as a freshmen--likely as their closer and starting third baseman.
