Too busy to get in for a few lessons....no problem, just video tape your son or daughter hitting, throwing or pitching and then email the video to us.  We'll look at it, identify the strengths and weaknesses, and then give you two or three drills to help correct the problem or problems.

Here's how we recommend you shoot the 5-10 minute video

HITTING :
The camera should face your son or daughter's bellybutton, while they are in their stance, from the open side of the plate.  We need to see the entire body, head to toe, stance, stride, entire swing, and finish position.

PITCHING/THROWING :
The camera should face your son or daughter's bellybutton, while they are in their set-up, from the throwing arm side.  We need to see the entire body, head to toe, throwing/pitching motion and finish position.
